The prize is drawn manually from a container.


Each ticket is entered for the prize.


Chances are 1 in 2000 to win the prize; actual odds depend on number of tickets sold.


Prizes are tax free to Canadian residents.


The cost of tickets is not tax deductible.


The winner's name will be published at www.neckpointscouts.ca on June 15, 2012.


The prize is to be picked up in Nanaimo, B.C. Winner is responsible for cost of shipping or delivery from Nanaimo, B.C.


All sales are final once ticket number is assigned.


Licensee reserves discretionary right not to accept entries.


Purchaser is responsible for proof of ownership of shared tickets.


Prizes given as awarded, no substitutions.


Prizes may not be exactly as shown.


Winners consent to the release of their names, addresses and photos by the licensee.


Winners notified by phone and/or email by 1st Neck Point Scouts as to prize and how to claim. Winner has 1 month from draw date to claim their prize.


ELIGIBILITY: The following people are not permitted to purchase tickets in this lottery: the Submitter and the Contact Person. A non-resident of British Columbia may purchase a ticket only if the entire payment transaction takes place while the person is in British Columbia and if the ticket or a receipt is issued at that time.


Tickets or receipts will not be distributed to, emailed or otherwise sent to a non-resident’s third-party address in B.C.


Tickets may not be sold to a minor unless 13 years of age or older, or accompanied by an adult who is apparently the minor’s parent or guardian and who consents to the sale.


PRIVACY: We respect your privacy. 1st Neck Point Scouts protects personal information. We will not rent, sell, or trade information collected by ticket sales. Information provided through ticket purchase will be used to determine the winner and deliver the prize.
